Step 1 of 3 · Your figures

Your Figures

The figures off your income statement and balance sheet. Our audit team builds your benchmark from them — where your cost structure sits against schools your size, how your growth compares, and your composite — and we walk you through it on a 30-minute call. We do not return any of this on the page.

The classification decisions behind adjusted equity — which receivables are unsecured related-party, which debt is allowable, which leases are pre- or post-implementation — are judgment calls, and they are the conversation.

Enter whole dollars. Dollar signs, commas and parentheses for a loss are all fine.

From your income statement

How does your statement present salaries?
This decides which group of schools we compare your instruction and G&A figures against. Schools that separate salaries report instruction near 7% of revenue; schools that bundle them report near 31%.

Prior year, if your statement shows it (optional)

From the comparative column of the same statement. Leave blank if your statement is single-year — we will ask for the prior report on the call.

From your balance sheet

If your balance sheet carries unsecured related-party receivables, an allowable line of credit, or a pension liability, entering the amount here matches how your auditor computes the ratio. A blank field is not the same as a zero: leaving one empty tells us you do not know, and we will ask about it on the call. Enter 0 only where you have checked and there is none.

Refine Your Adjusted Equity (Optional)

Enter each of these as a positive amount. The composite formula already carries the sign, so a figure typed in parentheses here is read as positive. Leave a field blank if you do not know — that is not read as zero, and we will ask about it on the call.

90/10, if you have the two figures (optional)

Post-ARPA federal revenue and total cash revenue for a single campus. There is no public benchmark for the post-ARPA calculation, so this is the only place you will see one.
